This issue commonly occurs under the Data Backups category, specifically related to OneDrive Support.

Step-by-Step Fix

Ensure device is connected to internet → Resume sync → Update OneDrive client → If unresolved, unlink/relink account

Escalation Note

If the issue persists after following these steps, escalate to the 2nd Line Support or ICT Systems Administrator as per the ECDoE ICT Helpdesk SOP.
